Aiden and Isabella's First Birthday - Part 2

If you missed Part 1 HERE it is.

I'm missing pictures of about 90% of the guests. But that's how it goes when you're hosting, right? As much as I love throwing parties, I always feel bad because I want to be everywhere talking to everyone - so that no one feels left out.

The kiddos in their matching shirts/dress:

This was when we were setting up the party:
I love my brother's dog Nova. Look at him just sleeping there.
 The birthday girl and boy.
She was in a mood. Whew!
I adore this picture of Aiden:
Oh my goodness. A picture where Isabella is laughing:
Me, Mr. Howard, and the birthday boy and girl:
 Me and the kids:
Mr. Howard and Me. I tried to get him to wear Mickey ears too...
 My oldest and me:
Connor kinda thought the party was for him:
Aiden, Auntie Becca, and Uncle Colin:
This was about the only time she was set down for the entire party:
Aiden was beyond uninterested in getting a photo with his brother:
 Chocolate face & mickey ears:
I finished and ordered the twins' first year books. I had them out on the table when people walked in:
 Me, Connor, and my sister:
The kitchen, Grandma, Isabella, and Daddy
We ordered sandwich trays from Subway!
 Grandma and Izzy:
 Courtney and Aiden:
 The party people getting food:
Nana and Isabella. Doesn't she look thrilled?
I'm telling you. She was in a mood! Maybe teething?
While we were singing happy birthday to Aiden, Isabella dug into her cake. By the time we started singing to Izzy, she had already tried hers.
Can I tell you a little story? I believe strongly in singing my kids happy birthday separately. I'm sure some people think it's weird. But Aiden and Isabella are individuals who just happened to be born on the same day and they deserve their own song. So when I asked Mr. Howard how I should let everyone know that, he told me everyone would think I was crazy. I was so surprised. Do you think I'm crazy?
I love this one of Daddy and Isabella:
Isabella, her cake, and her bottle:
 Aiden and his cake:
Aiden Cake
 Izzy Cake

Uncle Colin played with the kids in the pool:
Some of the guests:
When everyone else left, Auntie Becca put Aiden in the giraffe pool to play!
Alright, I am seriously behind in laundry and I need to get to work! Hope you enjoy!

Here are the pictures my sister (an actual photographer) took!

Looks like fun! I think it's a great idea to sing to them separately.
