Happy Fourth of July

Happy Independence Day!

Unfortunately Mr. Howard had to work on the Fourth of July, so it was just me and the kids for the morning. I actually took 96 pictures, but miraculously I was able to pick my top 17 pictures. There are a lot of pictures of Isabella. She was in the perfect smiley mood and looked so adorable in her tutu. It was hard to pick only a few to post. Aiden is such a happy boy, but is a MOVER to the max. So it's difficult to get him still enough for cute photos. Isabella, on the other hand, is content just sitting and looking at the camera for 30 minutes...especially if you give her a credit card to play with (Mr. Howard saw the pictures of her with the credit card and said, "OH NO! We're in DEEP trouble!")
It's impossibly hard to get all three kids in a picture. And then I stupidly tried to add flags to the mix. So what was hard became virtually impossible. Ha!
You can see from one of the photos above that I actually started with Izzy in a white shirt, but I thought she looked so cute without it. I joked to my friend Jen that this is the only time being an exhibitionist is deemed cute rather than creepy, so why not take advantage of it?!

My oldest handsome boy was completely uninterested in taking photos. He was quite happy that I was distracted (see last picture).
And now for my favorite photo of them all. Don't look at Isabella below. Look in the background to the left. I had no idea he was doing that. I was completely focused on trying to get photos of Aiden and Izzy that I completely missed it. He apparently jumped up and got the Fourth of July white chocolate bark I had left. Lovely.
And finally, you know me and comparisons:
Here was a little digital card I sent out last year for the babies first Fourth of July!
Aiden is on the right. Izzy's on the left!
