Family Time

This past Saturday we went to Nana and Grandpa's, my mom and dad's, house to celebrate my little sister's 26th birthday with Denny, Mr. Howard, the kids, and my parents! We had so much fun!

Here's the card her niece and nephews got her!
Aiden was in such a funny mood. He put his head down on the ottoman and looked at me. When he got a reaction, he continued to do it.
Here he was doing it again:
Now that Aiden has learned how to walk, he is CLIMBING up a storm. (Today, he even tried climbing up the curtains). I'll have to take a picture of what our curtains currently look like in our house - because of this fact.
Doesn't Connor look so big compared to the babies?
Hooray for toys that they haven't seen in a while...and amazing friends who hand toys down to us!
My sister was reading a Nemo book to them and they were enamoured
I actually took a picture of the babies, but this was in the background. It was such a sweet moment, that I had to crop it out and save it. It's obviously poor quality because I had to zoom in so far and because my camera is a crappy one.
Connor wanted to take a picture of us (he calls us "MamaDaddy," - like how celebrity couples get their own nickname ala Brangelina). He's quite the little photographer!
And now here's where you think to yourself, "Okay Mrs. Howard. Did you have to take a million photos of yourself?!?"
Isabella was not as receptive to the self portraits:
Oh my goodness; I could die. Connor said, "Mama, I kiss you" and I snapped this photo. Melt. My. Heart. Being a Mama is truly the most wonderful thing in the world.
We ended the evening with prime rib, baked potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and cheesecake. I know this is a horrible photo below. But it's the only one I snapped on my iphone of my sister with her candle. I'm not really sure why my iPhone gave her a halo?
For her birthday, we got her a new website for her photography business. My mom and I had spent a lot of time researching different options that would give her ultimate control over her own site - so she could upload pictures or change things any time she wanted. We settled on an amazing company and then let her pick out the design she wanted. She and I then spent Saturday night, Sunday, and a little bit of today getting it all set up. I installed the design and helped with a few little things and then she customized it. (I added "wordpress design installation" to my resume skills. Ha!). Her site is just amazing - a professional site for a professional!! She still wants to add her packages under "info" - but other than that - it's all done! Check it out at KatieTaylorPhotography.com
It was a busy, but fun Saturday
