Happy Father's Day! I will do a separate Father's Day post, but I wanted to quickly blog a fun teacher gift idea - before I start pampering that adorable hubby of mine (who is sound asleep in bed next to me...My husband's love language is Krispy Kreme Donuts, so that's where I plan on taking him first. Heck, let's be honest. Donuts are my love language too!).
The preschool that the kids go to is spectacular, nurturing, kind, supportive, and so much fun. I kid you not that when we get close to preschool, the kids starting chanting the name of their teachers. Yesterday when I drove by the preschool, Isabella asked me if we were going to see "Rhannie." When I told her we weren't, she cried. And I don't blame her. They have such a deep connection with all of our kids.
So, we wanted to do something to appreciate the husband and wife who teach our children. It would be impossible to show them exactly how much we love them, but we tried to find a little way to show them our appreciation. One of the things I found were these adorable little printable tags (free printable) from Lisa Storms Blog and set to work on these insulated tumblers. These cups, from target, are my favorite because you can put ice in them and they won't sweat. I found some lemonade tea packets to put inside. We also gave them Starbucks Gift Cards, which we put inside with the tea packets. One of the tags said, "Thank you for being such a wonderful TEAcher" and the other said, "I hope you have a TEAriffic summer."
