Week 8 Half Marathon Training

To follow along on my Second Half Marathon journey, click HERE. This week, here is what I was supposed to do: 
Here is what I really did: (sidenote: I lost all my photos from this week when my iPhone was deleted)

Monday - I did a 45 minute run at the house and did 3.4 miles.
Tuesday - I missed my running group this night. I was all set to go; I had even driven over there - and then Harley got sick and Mr. Howard needed to be with him at the vet, so I went and got the kids from school! I did core at home.
Wednesday - I did an easy walk around the house for 45 minutes with the kids. I didn't run at all, because my calves were so tight.
Thursday - I did speech therapy with the kids, so I didn't have time to get my run in. Fail.
Friday - I rested.
Saturday - We did 8.2 miles. This was our last big run before the half marathon!! This was taken after the run:
Sunday - I rested.

5 days until my second half marathon! I am ready!
