In a beautiful church in front of all their friends and family, they said, "I do!"

On Day 8 of our kidless vacation, I woke up bright and early and headed to hair and makeup with the other bridesmaids, mother-of-the-bride and groom, and the flowergirl! They had breakfast for us as well. It was great to get a little time with the bride and her sister too because it's been WAY TOO long since I've seen them (I think the last time was my baby shower with Connor in 2009!). All the bridesmaids were so great and welcoming!!

The bride got us these gorgeous robes that matched our dresses!
It was an early afternoon wedding, so we headed back over to the church at around lunch time, had a catered lunch, and got dressed and ready. Wasn't the bride just breathtaking? I mean. Seriously. But you know what's even more amazing than her beauty? Her heart. Oh goodness gracious. I just adore how sweet she is.
Our chiffon dresses and peony and rose bouquets were just beautiful. The dresses were a sort of seafoam green, with a blueish tint.
I can't wait to see the official wedding photos from this moment! It was such a fun photo op. Every single guest, bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc. all lined the church steps and showered them in rose petals as they left.

The most adorable moment in the ceremony was when the priest was asking them a few questions and he had about three things he needed to ask. The bride and groom were supposed to wait until he listed all the questions and then answer, but the bride said, "yes" before he had even finished. Everyone in the church giggled. And then the priest said, "It's good to have an eager bride!" So sweet.
 Mr. and Mrs.
The bride's family owns an Ice Cream truck company and so they had free ice cream after the ceremony. There were a few hours in between the ceremony and reception, so after ice cream most of the guests left and the wedding party took photos! I've never been in a wedding, where we didn't have to rush afterwards to get all the photos we needed. That was nice! We had about two hours in between the wedding and ceremony.
Here are all the bridesmaids and the bride and groom! Such a fun event!
The gorgeous cake and rosette table covering!
And, of course, my handsome hubby and me! What a blessing it is to go to weddings and be reminded of the very vows we said to each other 7 years ago.
It was the perfect end to a perfect vacation!
