You know it's been a good day when the kids nap for 4 hours!

In the beginning of October, my siblings and their spouses/significant others all came to the pumpkin patch with us. My parents always go with us too, but this year they were traveling in Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire to see the changing of the leaves. So, we had to go without them.

The kids always have so much fun and this year, because they completely understood what the pumpkin patch was, it was even more fun.

Connor actually told me before taking this photo, below, that he couldn't smile for the photo because he was driving. Oh. Sorry. Duh.

At this pumpkin patch, they have all sorts of fun stuff for the kids to do: a train to ride, fun slides for big kids, a corn maze, wooden trains to climb in, food, a petting zoo, and so much more. We usually spend a few hours there and the kids come home and take amazing naps afterwards, as anyone (who has small kids) knows, is the measure of a fantastic day.
